Hi, I’m glad you’re here. My name is Alissa Olson, and I’m a former high school counselor, school psychologist, behavior consultant and special education program manager, with two decades of experience supporting individuals with disabilities across educational and workplace settings. I founded Remarkability Consulting to help organizations cultivate truly inclusive, human-centered systems for all abilities.

My work bridges insight and action by partnering with workplaces and higher education institutions to increase access, shift culture, and elevate the strengths of neurodivergent and disabled individuals. My approach is collaborative, with care and compassion lighting our path toward inclusive spaces.
