Individualized coaching for
transition-age teens and young adults with disabilities who want support preparing for employment.
This service may be especially helpful for families whose child may not qualify for Regional Center services, but would still benefit from thoughtful guidance as they get ready for the workplace.

Coaching may include*:

• job search and resume support   

• interview preparation
• task initiation and workplace organization 

• workplace communication and self-advocacy
  • navigating the transition from school to work

Interactive virtual trainings that increase awareness and build confidence around disability, neurodiversity, and workplace equity.

Workplace Accessibility Review

 A collaborative review of your workplace policies, hiring practices, communication systems, and digital or physical environments — through a lens of accessibility and equity. The review will help provide our observations and actionable recommendations.

Guidance on implementing or refining a program to support employees with Autism, rooted in the Ivy League-designed framework from Cornell University.
